‘Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve’ 2022 Lineup: AJR, LL Cool J, Big Boi, Journey and More

The year is coming to a close, and “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest” is back with a star-studded show to usher in 2022.

This year’s program will feature the first-ever live broadcast from Puerto Rico, offering a Spanish-language countdown. Other firsts for this year’s special include more artists than ever performing from New York City, New Orleans, California and Puerto Rico during the five-hour program.

Star rapper, TV star and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer LL Cool J will perform a set of his chart-topping hits from Times Square just before midnight. Other acts slated to rock New York City include Chloe, Journey and KAROL G. In New Orleans, co-host Billy Porter will perform his new single and give viewers a taste of new music on the way.

In Los Angeles, performers will include Avril Lavigne and Travis Barker; AJR and Big Boi; AJR and duo Daisy the Great; Big Boi with singer Sleepy Brown; Don Omar with Nio Garcia; French Montana; OneRepublic; Walker Hayes; Macklemore and Ryan Lewis with singer Windser; Mae Muller; Polo G; Masked Wolf; and Maneskin. Daddy Yankee will give a hometown performance in Puerto Rico before the clock strikes midnight.

Ryan Seacrest, as always, will host the annual show. Co-hosts include Liza Koshy at Times Square in New York City; Porter from New Orleans; Ciara in Los Angeles; and Roselyn Sanchez in Puerto Rico. Los Angeles will also feature DJ D-Nice on the mic. Country performer Jessie James Decker will serve as the evening’s Powerball correspondent for the third year in a row.
